There are many Regulation Treatments, and acupuncture is one of them. Acupuncture tries to balance Yin and Yang “power” in the human; such as male – female, hot – cold, full – empty and “nauseous – calm”.

With the Regulation Treatments, it is possible to find solutions to many problems during pregnancy. Approaching the pregnant woman as a whole from this perspective:

  • Completion of deficient ones (such as vitamins and minerals)
  • Relieving excessive mobilized organs (such as nausea)
  • Improving disorders (sleep disorder, etc.)

Nausea and vomiting may occur until the fifth months of pregnancy. Although the exact cause of it is not known, endocrinological, biochemical, and psychological factors play an important role here. Mothers may lose weight in the first three months because of excessive nausea and vomiting, but the baby will continue to grow normally. However, regular and balanced nutrition is very important in this period.

You can reduce your nausea by applying pressure with your thumb to the acupuncture point that you find by coming three fingers back from the big fold line that is occurred when you bend your wrist. You can safely apply this method by yourself. It is known that ginger has a long-term effect on the digestive system. You can prepare it in the form of tea by taking small sips. There are also capsules of ginger root. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) which can be taken 2-3 times a day can be used safely for pregnancy nausea, and you should not take medicines used to treat iron deficiency anemia in this period, if not necessary. Physical and mental wellbeing of pregnant women is also important in reducing nausea.
